SHIPPING POLICY
At Golden Hour Medical Skincare, we are just as excited as you for you to receive your products! We want to make sure your items arrive safely and securely. We send most shipments using either UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail. We do our best to process your order within 1-2 business days before handing it off to the shipping carrier. You will receive emails updating you with your shipment status.
Currently, we ship within the United States and hope to ship internationally soon!
While shipping is out of our hands once your package leaves our facility, we understand that accidents do happen. We hope your items will arrive without any damage, but if that does happen, please file a claim with the shipping carrier and also contact us for further instruction.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your skincare experience! However, we understand that sometimes things might not be a perfect fit. Don't worry, we've got you covered with our return and exchange policy.
Returns for Opened Products: If you've tried a product and it didn't quite work out, no worries! We accept returns for opened products within 14 days for store credit. Please note that a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping/handling charges will be deducted. We believe in fair play, but we also need to ensure we can continue to offer you amazing skincare products.
Returns for Unopened/Undamaged Products: If you received a product that hasn't been opened or damaged, you're in luck! You can return it within 30 days for a full purchase price refund. Just keep in mind that a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping/handling charges will be deducted. We're all about spreading the love, but we also have to consider the costs involved.
Return Shipping Responsibility: The customer is responsible for return shipping, and we highly recommend sending the package with tracking to ensure its safe return. We can't guarantee that the return will reach us, but we'll eagerly await its arrival.
Exchanges for Unopened Items: If you have an unopened item that you'd like to exchange within 30 days, we've got your back! The customer is responsible for any price difference between the products. We'll handle the shipping of the new item, but please note that the shipping costs for the return will be your responsibility.
Returns and Exchanges Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused. We also require proof of purchase from our online shop or in-person storefront to validate the transaction.
Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow us 7-10 business days to process your return or exchange. We'll work diligently to make it happen as quickly as possible!
Damaged or Defective Items: In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Additionally, we kindly request photographic evidence of the damage to assist us in processing your return or exchange smoothly.
Refunds: Refunds for eligible returns will be processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Exceptions: We want to keep things hygienic and safe for everyone. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for our lip plumper due to hygienic reasons. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
